What time of the day is the best time to run outdoor during allergy season?

I am in Florida, this year Oak Pollen count is the highest EVER in the Florida history. Doctor's office are PACKED with patients, Air Purifiers are selling like crazy, car wash is so busy they can not keep up, pool supply shops are making millions, sports athletes are on high steorid meds. I do not like treadmills its not the same as running on the field. Some say between 5 am to 10 am the pollen count are at peak, some say run in the am while air is quiet.

When is air is quite dry they carry pollens and that's what cause allergic reaction in people who are at risk. So you better avoid time of the day when air is too dry and clear. Spartan
