I have really bad allergies in the spring season and is allergic to pollen. My nose always runs in class and I hate it. Are there easy ways to stop it without medication.
What are some easy ways to stop your nose from running if you have allergies?
You need antihistamines and or Steriod Nasal sprays. If its definatly from an allergen unfortunatly this is the only way to solve it. I find that Cetrizine is better than Loratadine for antihistamines- you take it in the morning when needed, but Loratadine can be taken as soon as symptoms start- its personal preferance really. You can buy these at any super market, pharmacies ect. Steriod nasal sprays such as Nasonex, Flixonase- which has Flucticasone Priprionate in or Beconase which has Beclomethasone priprionate in are good if you still have symptoms with the antihistamines.
Get well soon. xx :)
Reply:My 2 yr old suffers miserably. We use to be on nasonex nasal spray and just recently switched to Veramyst twice a day - it is working great. I want to shout it from the mountain top - we can actually go outside again! Good luck - allergies are a drag!
