How can I tell if my mini roses are redy to be pollinated?

I purchased some mini roses but i don't no what the rose buds are so pose to look like when they are ready to be pollinated. I at

least no what part i get the pollen from and which part i transfer it

... Unless you are trying to cross pollinate 2 different plants, you do not need to hand pollinate a miniature rose bush. It will grow and bloom all on its own.
