Way to fight the Pollen Allergy?

What are the medicine that can I Take?and cure for nose Allergy?

Way to fight the Pollen Allergy?
Here's how to stop the runny nose - DRUG FREE:

Try a saline nasal RINSE (not a spray) A full warm water saline rinse goes in one nostril and out the other. It draws out all the gunk and shrinks the tissue (like swimming in the ocean). I've been doing it at work too.

The buffered salt doesn't 'sting' as much as plain salt water. You can use a new method like Nasopure, or the vintage, Netipot. The special bottle and salt is about $20.

You can do this a often as you like with no bad side effects. You can use it in addition to medicines or alone.

You don’t need a prescription for this therapy. So if you live in a state like mine, they’ve pretty much “outlawed” sudafed medicine. Drug-free is really the way to go on a frequent-use basis. (I put in a link for “what” and “how” – there’s also some good info on wiki)
Reply:I was told that this worked for a friend!

If it really is a pollen allergy try to buy some locally made honey - that is from bees that have made the honey with pollen local to your area. Take a dessert spoonful a day any way you wish - like a medicine or in tea etc. This is supposed to stop the body being allergic to pollen in the air.

It works best if you start early in the "season" before your symptoms get bad though.
Reply:Keep the house interior pollen free as much as possible, especially bedroom where you sleep for 6-8 hours. First, make sure the air conditioner filters are clean, preferably change them. Same for air cleaner filters. Vacuum all fabric and rugs, wash if possible. Close all windows %26amp; doors. Same in the car when driving and wipe off all dust inside.

Makes a difference, I just did it. Really bad this year in Florida.
Reply:If you are having itchy eyes and runny, itchy nose, wouldn't the best way to stop that is to stop the allergan from being in your nose? That is what a neti pot does. It looks like a little teapot and you just rinse your nose out with a saline solution and no more allergans. Anywho, national public radio had a couple of stories on it, and granted, it looks disgusting, but it works realllllly well. I had serious withdrawal symptoms from Allegra and Claritin, and I was tired all the time, almost falling asleep because of the meds! I got desperate enough to try the neti pot, and I will never go onto those medications again. Too many side effects!

With the neti pot, during allergy season, I rinse 2xs a day. Anywho, I'll attach the links to the npr stories! Good luck!

Reply:I use Flonase and it works. (you have to go to the doctor though to see if it is best for you to use), but other than that take vitamin C, and avoid going to places with lots of flowers.
Reply:some nose spray and eye drops and ear drops prescribed by the doctor.
Reply:With a very small sword.
