In pollination, does it only need one grain of pollen per cell?

Yes one pollen grain is sufficient for one ovule to fertilise and produce the seed. Number of seeds produced = number of pollens

Yes, in pollination only one pollen is required per ovum.

Its the same principle as in animals and other organisms that produce sexually.
