Unless the bees are only pollinating flowers on this island, the other bushes and trees are going to produce fruit at sometime in there germination cycle therefore you will have a source of food at some time while stranded.
and if the bees dont have anything to pollinate you are'nt eating any bee pollen either.
If you were stuck on a desert island with no source of food, could you live on Bee Pollen and water?

Ok, so here's the answer.
No you could not stay alive on bee pollen only.
You would either die of malnutrition from lack of protein or you would die of scurvey from lack of vegitation.
