Getting dirt/pollen out of car windows?

i need help getting pollen and dirt out of my back windows of my car because i just got my windows tinted a week ago and i rolled them down today for the first time and i was told pollen or even dirt/sand got in my windows and scratched the tint. whats the best/cheapest way of doing this to get rid of all this debri in my windows? thanks
