Is the sun and too much pollen really bad for us or is it the amount of toxins in our body reacting to them...

Are the toxins in our body making us react badly to nature?

Is the sun and too much pollen really bad for us or is it the amount of toxins in our body reacting to them...
The sun's rays in fact produce chemical reactions in our body. Remember the sun multiplies the factor of vitamin B intake, as well as vitamin C in our bone structure. Thus, more exposure, more of these elements will be absorved by the body. There is an old saying that exposure to the direct sun's rays should be no more than 2 hours a day; any longer than that, you should wear some protection.

As far as pollen relates, it depends on the pollen type. Some are irritants (respiratory tract), others produce skin reactions and other, flu-type congestion which in any case, is simply the body reacting to external exposure. Toxins in our body certainly can and will act and react according to external elements such as the sun's rays and pollen.
