Which has greater benefits (nutrition & healthwise) raw honey or bee pollen?

That's like asking me which of my kids is my favorite. They are similar yet unique. If push came to shove, I'd say that raw honey would be the most easily added to the routine, diet and lifestyle, therefore more practically applicable and you would see greater benefits just for that reasons.

Ad G has mentioned before that he used bee products to overcome allergies. I'll give you a star so maybe he'll notice and drop by to say something about it. Here is the link to the question he answered in re to bee products. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...

Which has greater benefits (nutrition %26amp; healthwise) raw honey or bee pollen?
I would say, being a believer in a natural, healthy, balanced diet, do you need either ? If you do, then obviously, bee pollen can be taken in much larger doses [ trying to consume a quart of honey daily would be a chore ! ]. I'm also amused regularly when people speak of 'boosting' the immune system, which is virtually impossible as we are talking a highly complex system involving [ amongst others ] Thymus,

Spleen ,Lymph system ,Bone marrow, White blood cells, Antibodies, Complement system, Hormones. Affect any one and you can disrupt the balance. In fact "strong" immune systems cause many health probs., e.g. asthma, dermatitis, arthritis, any disease caused by immune system over-reaction. So, Re. your question " you pays your money, you takes your choice ".
Reply:bee pollen which is loaded with all vit/minerals/enzyma/aminos
Reply:Raw honey will help with a lot more than bee pollen, specifically boosting the immune system, live enzymes, vitamins, and minerals among other things.

Bee pollen is typically taken more for just energy, but it has some smaller amount of the enzymes and whatnot in it.
