If a bear ate honey is it a carnivore- it comes from a bee- or a herbavore-it's made from pollen-?

It's a herbavore.

It would only be a carnivore if it ate the bee itself.

Something is not made a carnivore by eating a by-product of an animal, such as honey. Honey is, and never was living, so it wouldn't be a carnivore. I wouldn't strictly call it an herbivore either, since it didn't grow per se... it's really pretty moot, because not many animals eat a diet primarily of honey.
Reply:Definitely NOT a carnivore, if you're talking about honey. Carnivore means "meat-eater." Root word is "carne"...meat.

Herbivores eat plant matter, be it the green of leaves, roots like potatos or carrots, or berries.

Most bears are omnivores...which means they'll eat darn near anything, (root word omni, means "all") be it meat (fish), berries, honey, whatever's around your camp...
