How vascualr tissue and pollen tube initiate the growth of plants(cell division) in tissue culture?

"vascualr tissue" - hey pollen tube, whats crackin?

pollen tube - aint sht, just chillin up in this plant

vt - ha! now thats what im talkin bout son! lets bang this ngga out!

(vt%26amp;pt bang out the tissue culture til the growth of the plant is OFF DA HEEZAY)

thats basically the jist of it.

How vascualr tissue and pollen tube initiate the growth of plants(cell division) in tissue culture?
Plant tissue culture is controlled dramatically by two plant hormones: auxin and cytokinin. Auxin makes the cells grow bigger and cytokinin makes them divide. Vascular tissue and pollen can take up cytokinins (see reference) ...so I guess they might also have some stores of cytokinin that leak out and initiate cell division in tissue cultures (assuming your observations are correct).
