Is bee pollen as healthy and full of nutrients as they say on the internet?

Pollen contains vitamines, proteins. But it also contains mould spores ( like Aspergillus, producer of aflatoxine and ochratoxine). So, I don't reccomend it.

bee pollen? Do you mean bee venom? Pollen comes from flowers.
Reply:I was pretty skeptical when I was introduced to it. Needless to say, I am hooked. I feel better, I have more energy...the list could go on. The best kind to get is fresh bee pollen thats in a bag instead of a jar that you get at your local health food store or market.
Reply:Not really, but it does have some nutrients. It's just not the magic potion it's been cracked up to be. And it's full of bee ****, fungi, and bacteria; but don't let that get around. ;)
Reply:Yes, I have heard that the honey has to be local honey for it to work correctly for allergies and stuff.
Reply:Hello,

Honey

This is not only said on the internet, but has been said for a very long time.

Yes it is very good for you and me! It is one of natures gifts.

Seeing that honey bee's are dying by the thousands (chemicals) I sure hope people get a clue before they became so rare that honey gets so expensive only the rich will be able to have it.

I need to start a bee hive of my own, love honey!!
