What process is responsible for the formation of pollen and ovules? Whats the relationship between these?

the process responsible for formation of pollen grains is microsporogenesis. ovules are formed rom the cells of the ovary by differenciation. the female gametes are the egg cells formed by a process called macrosporogenesis or megasporogenesis
Reply:I don't know what does this process call, but in pollen grains from the anther they form as pollen sacs that becomes cell then to large nuclei or Microspore mother cell and it is divided into 2 which calls as the 1st Meiotic Division, and these 2 is going to be divided into 4 which called as the 4-celled tetrad or microspores and now it becomes pollen grain. I don't know the processs for ovules.
